No. Due to naturopathic licensing laws in Maryland, I do not prescribe or manage medications. If you are considering changes to your medications, please discuss this with your prescribing provider.

I am not a licensed therapist and do not provide traditional talk therapy. While there may be some overlap with approaches like somatic therapy, my work focuses more on energetic healing, nervous system support, and mind-body integration. Many clients choose to work with both a therapist and me for complementary support.

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Yes. I offer virtual sessions for Emotion Code® work and follow-up naturopathic care. If you enroll in the Ignite or Illuminate packages, most sessions will be in person to allow for hands-on bodywork. Initial naturopathic visits and craniosacral therapy are offered exclusively in person.

No, there is no religious affiliation. When I refer to “spirit,” I’m speaking to the intangible and energetic aspects of being human. You are welcome here regardless of your beliefs.

Yes. While my primary focus is working with women, I do work with men and children on a case-by-case basis. I often support men experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as children with emotional or behavioral challenges. Pediatric pricing options are available upon request.
